Omiš |

Međugorje |
Medjugorje is a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina that has become an unofficial site of Catholic pilgrimage since the supposed apparition of the Virgin Mary on the "Hill of Apparitions" in 1981. A statue of the "Queen of Peace" marks the site of the first apparition, and another has been erected in front of the Church of St. James. Liquid is said to have flowed from the statue of the Risen Christ located near the church. A concrete cross stands on top of Mount Krizevac to the south. |

Mostar |
The historic city of Mostar, nestled in the deep Neretva Valley, is a former Ottoman frontier town that developed in the 15th and 16th centuries, and during the Austro-Hungarian period in the 19th and 20th centuries. Mostar is characterized by its old Turkish houses and the Old Bridge, Stari Most, from which it takes its name. However, during the conflicts of the 1990s, most of the historic city and the Old Bridge by the famous architect Sinan were destroyed. The Old Bridge was rebuilt and many buildings in the Old Town were restored or rebuilt.

Cetinje Monastery |
Destroyed several times by the Ottomans, Cetinje Monastery was rebuilt each time. The current building dates back to 1786, and outside you can see the remains of the original building founded in 1484. The chapel of the Holy Virgin, to the right of the courtyard, houses two extremely precious relics: a piece of the Holy Cross and the mummified right hand of Saint John the Baptist. |

Our Lady of the Rocks |
When they built the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, the people of Perast piled up stones and rocks around the cliff. In the middle, they built a small chapel. Every July 22, and for centuries, they have celebrated the traditional festival of Fasinada.

Nogent-le-Rotrou (the castle) |
The castle Saint-Jean has a keep with walls 3.5 m thick at the base and 1.50 m at the top. The circular enclosure and towers date from the late 12th and early 13th centuries. Between the 15th century and the 16th century, several constructions gave the castle a more residential function.
